Prologue

I am among those thousands of women who fight with weight issues every now and then. Six months of looking great and six months of diet to look good! Being a foodie, nobody can keep me away from good food. So I after struggling for few years decided to make fitness as a 'Daily Course'.

After I failed to maintain weight and had to get back to rigorous gym session for losing all the accumulated flab, I decided to heed to one of my aunt's advice of playing some kind of sports regularly. But I have never been a sports person during school/college days. I only started learning Tennis once I started working just for fun. I love swimming since I am fifteen. As you know cant swim all days of the year especially during rains and cold season. So I am continuing my effort to pin down on something I could play as a sport.

Why the blog? As a avid reader and surfer, I decided to share interesting information on fitness, travel and food that I come across with you and wish to hear your experiences and discoveries at a virtual lounge(I hate this virtualizing everything around nowadays though!)

What to expect? Me being a foodie, lot of diet and interesting off-diet recipes. Traveling is my first passion so would like to share my journeys.
