Short Term Goal- Part 1 (Mar-Aug, 2012)

After 3 years of endless search for what I want to do in life and getting answers to questions like
How matters in life?
Why has God sent me here?(Always believed everybody has somethings to fulfill on earth)
Wanted to go back to God and say "Have NO REGRETS"

Finally I moderately have come to know or I have accepted that I need to take risks and do what I love to do in life. But until you create a deadline for yourself the urgency to do things was not rushing out of me. So decided to plan every six months on what I would do similar to our appraisal process in corporate culture.

Mar - Aug
  • Get a job and upgrade skills to suit 7 years of experience
  • Understand the whole SDLC of full development life cycle of a project
  • Complete a personal tool/project in hand
  • Swim till winters are back
  • Get back to running and run at least 3 days a week. Min of 4 kms.
  • Ladakh Travel in June 2012. Budget Rs. 40000. Save for it. 
                                                   or
         Travel to US / UK/France/Netherlands/Singapore
  • Figure out what all needed to be a BA and keep an eye on opportunities

Italian Potato Stir fry

Since I have been living alone, I keep experimenting with food that’s a quick make. One night I was very hungry after watching movie till 1AM in the night. I just had some potatoes and onions. Decided to make something with potato. As we all know we just live on pizzas whenever we are lazy to cook or go out to grab something. I have loads of Italian seasoning and chili flakes at my place. So here is what I cooked up.

Ingredients
Potato – 2
Chili Flakes
Oregano (Italian Seasoning)
Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt

Method
  1. Peel and chop potatoes like wedges 
  2. Shallow fry potatoes in oil.
  3. Then sprinkle oregano, chili flakes and salt.
This is a very simple recipe but makes a very easy, tasty starter. Yeah, this is loaded with calories.
